Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal with your order number and zip code to start the return process.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and the included return authorization slip.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original Rev-A-Shelf box, ensuring all slides, brackets, and screws are safely secured to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of our warehouse receiving the unit.
